This was the last column written by Marina Keegan, Yale class of '12, for the Yale Daily News. for her graduation last week. She was headed to the New Yorker for a job, and <a href=""http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2012/05/29/marina-keegan-student-journalist-who-took-on-wall-st-dies-at-22/>according to the New York Times, wrote a musical that's making its debut at the NY Fringe Festival this year.

This weekend, she was killed in a car accident. Lines like, "We’re so young. We’re so young. We’re twenty-two years old. We have so much time," and, "but let us get one thing straight: the best years of our lives are not behind us," are just brutal in light of that.
