Elayna is looking over the catalog for the Girl Scout Girl 2 Girl conference she's going to this weekend, where she'll attend a number of short programs.

Me: There's one on there called "Team Edward vs Team Jacob."

Elayna: I want to be on Team Beat the Hell Out of Both of Them.

Needless to say, she's not picking that one. :-)

Please tell me they still do things that are fun AND remotely educational in scouting! Please. I mean we 'camped' overnight in a science museum- waking up to see T-REX looking down at you: AHHHHH! It can't just be all cookies and teen vampire romance. Can it?
