That is so wrong. It is seven shades of wrong.

That's the kind of ignominious freakish death you don't want to have to explain to anyone, ever, because they will have to smother laughter at your tragedy.

Actually my first thought was "I wonder if he survived jumping out of a burning building only to have a demon steal his guardian spirit moments later ..."

I was going to post on this and forgot, and now I remember.

The news guy on the radio was harping on and on about how lava lamps were dangerous... I was livid, jsut about screaming at him that no, it's stupidity that's dangerous, lava lamps don't belong on THE STOVE :)

the two words that explain everything....

I'm just waiting for a campaign to have lava lamps banned. After all, as well as only ever being used by drug-toking hippies, they have now been proved to be dangerous...

i know he died and all, but seriously he died by getting stabbed with a shard from a lava lamp!!! i mean what part of "Do not expose to open flame" did he not get, and yes that is actually there in the warranty booklet thingy and on the lamp itself (i have 2 of them FAR FAR away from a stove =P) i guess he didnt realise that the water would boil on a stove and then explode!!! dumbass -_-
