Wednesday stuff
Sep. 14th, 2005 10:11 amArms in pain. Lots of it. Carrying a huge-ass Rubbermaid tub filled with clothing and books for three blocks is not an impossible feat, but it's not kind to the biceps or shoulders (especially since the tub required my arms to be stretched out wide). Ow.
Advil is my friend. Or at least a kindly stranger.
shadesong, Elayna, and I had the pleasure of dinner with
envoy last night,, hitting Noodle . Good food, damned good company.
The only TV we caught last night was the season premiere of House, which kicked ass, took names, and was just damned fun. Still would have been better if Sela Ward's character had died, but I'm holding out for that plotline later. Was nice to see Bryce Johnson working, as well, even if it was only for three lines.
Tonight: Definitely watching Slings and Arrows and Gilmore Girls.
Amazon deal of the day: the deluxe, 2-disc Batman Begins is pre-selling for $15.98. That's the exact same price as the single-disc version of the movie.
Good news for iTunes users: They now have almost all of Weird Al's songs (other than some soundtrack work -- like "Polkamon" -- and his Peter and the Wolf)!
Finally, you know what would make a really good movie? Snapes on Plane. Motherfuckin' Snapes.
