Elayna was confused by one of the Katamari comics in the back of Hardcore Gamer that basically parodied the idea of a Katamari movie. I explained the references, including the fact that Uwe Boll (the director they listed in the parody) basically spent his career making bad movies out of videogames.

E: That's awful. He's like the guy in my book* who keeps marrying women and chopping off their heads.

Yup. She gets it. Best Uwe Boll analogy ever. :-)


*She's currently reading an adaptation of some of the Arabian Nights tales.
