yendiBoing Boing notes that the makers of Pomodoro Pasta think that Mars is the closest planet to the sun.
At first, I thought that maybe they'd taken the Pluto thing too far and decided to reclassify Mercury, Venus, and Earth as non-planets (I mean, we're certainly no Jupiter, after all). But they acknowledge Venus as a planet later on, so I'm guessing they've just got knowledge of a post-apocalyptic future in which the planets have been knocked out of whack.
That, or someone there doesn't know the difference between Mars and Mercury. But ignorance is a lot less interesting than being able to predict the future.
