Just got the latest catalog. Red Fire Bunnies (dark chocolate, Ceylon cinnamon, ancho and cipotle chiles). Black Pearl Bunnies (Dark chocolate, real Japanese wasabi, ginger, black sesame seeds). A green tea/cherry blossom petals/white chocolate combo. Paprika/dark chocolate truffles. Ice Cream! And dark chocolate-covered matzo!

My absolutely wonderful guy brought me back a 1lb. bag of the Red Fire hot chocolate from Vegas a couple of weeks ago. The stuff is not just tastey, it's dairy free! :D

Choco covered matzah, I don't like that much. Then again, I don't really like matzah. Maybe its the living on it for a week.

I've only tried one of their hot chocolates (a couple of years ago), but it tasted largely like ass, so it's the one category of Vosges I've tended to avoid. But I might have to give that one a try.

I've always liked it, although I do need lots of butter or salt to make it palatable.
