Amazon's got the Toshiba HD-A3 HD DVD Player for $199.98 with free next day shipping. It also comes with free copies of 300 and The Bourne Identity, and you can (and should) use this form to get five more HD DVDs for free.
It's a pretty damn good player too. All attendees of this year's Butt-Numb-A-Thon got them free as part of their swag this year. Although I had a standard def television, it still works fine (although it boots into 1080i if you hook it up with component cables) and plays HD-DVDs fine (albeit not in glorious HD, but still with all the extra features like PiP commentary).
