So, after Justine Larbalestier called it her favorite book of 2007, I figured that Skin Hunger was worth hunting down.
Damn, that's a good book.
Great world-building, fascinating characters, and some brutal plot developments.
The only major flaw is that it's the first book in a trilogy (and one that doesn't stand completely on its own), with the next book not yet listed at Amazon. Still, very worth the short time (I started this morning, and didn't read straight through) it takes to read.
