Granted, the Resident Evil movies are amongst the more fun adaptations (behind only the original Mortal Kombat).

But you can practically hear Uwe Boll masturbating at the thought of getting his free hand on a few more licenses.

If the new movies are successful, Boll won't be interested.

Remember: Uwe Boll is exactly the same as Max Bialystock. He only makes money when his movies lose money. If he ever ended up with a hit, it would be curtains for him.

Also, part of Uwe's skill is taking and messing up any property. If he gets ahold of a Capcom license, it will bomb.
