Amazon -- some great DVD deals
Nov. 5th, 2008 08:19 amAmazon's got a bunch of new DVD sales (and a sale on one MP3 and one video game):
The Deal of the Day is Kill Bill Volumes 1 and 2 on Blu Ray for $27.95 (60% off).
The MP3 Deal of the Day is Queen's News of the World for $1.99.
There's a TV on DVD sale with 35-45% off a bunch of titles, including Weeds, SNL, ALF, Will and Grace, and Saved by the Bell. Many of the SNL ones are $5.99 a pop.
I feel dirty mentioning this, but Disney's direct-to-video Tinker Bell is on sale for $15.49 (48% off). It does have Kristen Chenowith, at least. Then again, the Little Mermaid sequels had Jodi Benson, but still sucked.
There's a Save up to 50% on DVDs Sale with 47% off Juno, Edward Scissorhands, Fargo, Big Trouble in Little China, Johnny Dangerously, The Transporter, and It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (as well as dozens of others).
There's a huge Buy 1, Get 1 Free TV DVD sale that features The Prisoner, Space 1999, Secret Agent, Neverwhere, Thunderbirds, The Avengers, Benny Hill, Homicide, Profiler, Dangermouse, assorted HIstory Channel documentaries, and Nero Wolfe. Many of these sets are already at 40% off or more, so this is an amazing sale.
Finally, for anyone with a Wii and a violent streak, the amazing No More Heroes is down to $18.99 (37% off). This is the bloodiest game I've ever played, but also a blast.
