Mmm, raw pie

yendiJust made my key lime pie for our work party this Thursday.
The best part of baking, of course, is munching on the leftover stuff that doesn't make it into the oven. I briefly considered just taking the bowl full of sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and egg yolks to the couch with a spoon. But then I'd have to make something else for the party.
