Not quite. They announced the person who would be playing "The Next Doctor" in the Christmas special of that title - which has since aired. Do you want the spoilers for it? =:o}

I've already seen the Christmas special.

But I've already heard (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TUcXlTXfHU) from a few places that the eleventh Doctor might/will be Paterson Joseph (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paterson_Joseph). That's why I knew "The Next Doctor" wasn't really the next Doctor.

Hmmm... I'd only seen that as newspaper speculation. If what we saw in your clip was an actor blurting out something he wasn't supposed to, I would have expected more furore to have eruptedby now. OTOH, if he's just repeating what he's read in the papers, then he wouldn't be alone in that. Third possibility: he was primed as a decoy (like Tom Baker was on a previous occasion).
