Spent most of the day helping Shadesong with her medical appointments, followed by errands around the house. Am totally behind on LJ, as always. But I've still managed to gank some nice links and talking points:

As has been stated everywhere, last night's Angel was hysterical. Even better than I expected (although I don't like how quickly the rushed the Fred/Wes and Gunn subplots, both of which deserved more episodes).

And hey, gamers! Paranoia is back!

Anyway, that's my randomness for now. Time to get Miss Kid from Girl Scouts.

The latest Comics Buyer's Guide, a tribute issue to Julie Schwartz's 60 years in comics. Put to press and sent out before he died. :-(

The latest Baseball Digest, with the Spring preview written before the A-Rod trade and Maddux signing with the Cubs.

The free Jake 2.0 DVD that UPN offered last November, finally received less than a month after the show was axed. Watching these two episodes won't exactly do much to get me to start watching the show now, will it? Can I also get a Special Unit 2 DVD, UPN?

On the plus side, I also received my annual Stockholder's Report from Starbucks. Why is this a good thing? Because every year, they send a Starbucks card with $3.50 on it to every stockholder. I'm getting a free latte tomorrow! Woo-hoo!
