Amazon lists Kara Dalkey's Crystal Sage as being a part of the "Salterton Trilogy."
Um, what?
First of all, Crystal Sage is not a part of a trilogy.
Second, the Salterton Trilogy is by Robertson Davies.
Granted, I've never seen Davies and Dalkey in the same room at the same time (or same tomb, given the current non-living state of Davies), but I'm relatively certain that neither is a pseudonym for the other.
