The other 99% of Twitter content, as best I can tell, as noted by the folks at Penny Arcade.
(I haven't logged on to Twitter in a while, not least because once a week or so, I get a notice that somerandomperson is following me on Twitter, and when I click on their page, I'll see that they're currently following 18,092 people, with only seven followers of their own, and are basically just adding everone under the sun in hope of ad-backs).
