Surely, there's nothing odd about these two sentences, talking about Alexis Gilliland:

He and his first wife, Dolly (died 1991) hosted meetings of the Washington Science Fiction Association in his home approximately once a month from November 1967 until July 2006. In 1993 he married Lee Uba (née Elisabeth Swanson).


(I can, of course, make a reasonable assumption about how to re-write this, but without ZOMG SOURCES TO CITE, I'm going to hold off.)

Finger puppets for each of the ten Passover Plagues!

Because, well, who wouldn't want to stick their finger up the butt of a guy with boils to celebrate our ancestors escaping Egypt?

I would have had so much fun with these at our seders growing up.

SNL was damned sharp this week (and, for a change, much more "on" with their non-political skits than their political ones, although I loved the Michael Steele one).

The one that had us in pain from laughing, though, was the Bon Jovi Opposite Band:
