I've done something Not Good to my right foot. Some variant on a twist/sprain/something caused by walking in books and Yaxtrax through huge snowbanks and unshoveled sidewalks (I swear, if there was ever a modern-day Abraham trying to save Waltham from the wrath of God over a lack of shoveling, he'd be hard-pressed to find the ten houses that shovel). Flexing the foot hurts the upper part/front of the ankle, and walking is not fun. It's not swollen, at least, but I'm still trying to keep it elevated.
