If you're Michael Myers, remember to break into a schoolroom and scrawl "Samhain" on the chalkboard.

If you're Dr. Sam Loomis, remember to explain, authoritatively, that it's pronounced "Sam Hain."

If you're The Kurgan, remember to wish "Happy Halloween" to any nuns you see.

And if you're a tiny alien from another planet, remember to dress up as a ghost.

Try as I might, I can't find a "Sexy Clint Howard" costume.

You know, one of the problems with the sort-of-wasteland status of LJ these days is that the fucking bots people use for their Twitter streams haven't gone away. That means pages of this crap. People, if I want to follow you one Twitter, I'll fucking follow you on Twitter. At no point -- either now or during Twitter's early days -- was your Twitter stream something I wanted to see in my fucking LJ stream. Back then, it was at least a small portion of my stream; now, it's pure fucking noise obscuring what signal is left.

This applies to pretty much anything that's not a Wordpress or Dreamwidth reblog; your Flickr stream, your Tumblr, your Tweets all are doing just fine outside of my feed. But Twitter seems to be the worst offender, by far.
