It's a nifty java-based app that you can use to auto-run turns (have it fight at the Airship until you get all of the quest items, for example), script lots of actions, etc. But it also has a very nice Relay browser option, which basically just modifies some parts of the regular interface. So when you're in the Basement, it'll tell you what stats you need, and provide easy links to buy or use assorted buff items and change outfits.
