Dammit. ABC Family has cancelled Huge.

I'm not shocked (ABC Family tends to renew shows before the season ends, and lets the good shows like Middleman and Huge languish for months before attempting to quietly cancel them while nobody's looking), but it's still disappointing.

For what it's worth, I'm still glad you and 'Song showed Middleman to me back in 2008. I liked what I saw, and that was the right thing for my mood at that moment.

Damn it... so I guess I'll hold onto these 8 episodes and the mp3 I made of the final version of the Blonsky/Stidham duet.

I guess it was way too much talent and sexiness for one show.

Melissa & Joey could suffer the axe too if Miss DeVito sticks around. You can't have her, Melissa and the less and less clothes teenager on the same show.

Rumors point towards M&J getting picked up. I haven't watched it myself, though, so don't really have a huge opinion there.

Shout Factory totally jumped all over the DVD rights, if that's something you need in your life. (They handle MST3K and G1 Transformers these days, and those sets have been awesome.)

It's a fairly mindless sitcom with mild twists on "Who's The Boss?" concept. It's totally mindless though and with Melissa Joan Hart and Joey Lawrence I guess the right nostalgia hit to give it at least a full 22 episode season from what I can tell.

It's seriously a shame that HUGE doesn't get to at least finish off its summer. I mean how many episodes left did they have to make? Although Nikki has lost all the weight she lost since putting it on for HUGE. Unless they actually did film it already and ABC Family is just not airing it. I'm not sure where to find if that's the case or not. If I poured through the net for interviews I probably could. Knowing the answer either way will frustrate me though so I'm leaving it alone.
