Amazon's ramping up the pre-holiday sales:

The Deal of the Day is on Star Trek movies. You can nab the TOS movie collection itself (containing the original six movies, not Generations) for $54.99 on Blu-Ray or $34.99 on DVD (61% off), or you can nab last year's reboot for $19.99 on three-disc Blu-Ray (50% off) and $11.49 on DVD (62% off).

(The TNG movie collection is on sale for $26.49 on regular DVD, btw).

Season 6 of Lost on Blu-Ray is $27.99 (65% off), making it cheaper than its regular DVD counterpart.

Rome: The Complete Series on Blu-Ray is on sale for $69.99 (50% off).

Get Smart: The Complete Series is $71.99 (64% off), and the first five seasons of Numb3rs are going for $78.99 (54% off).

Every season of The Shield is going for $13.99 a pop.

In video games, you can get a pre-Black Friday deal on Starcraft 2, Warcraft III Battle Chest, Starcraft Battle Chest, and Diablo Battle Chest for a combined price of $94.99 (over 40% off).

If you buy World of Warcraft, you can get Burning Crusade for free.

Amazon's also got a Buy 1, Get 40% off Another sale on video games. There are some good ones here, including Fallout: New Vegas, assorted Kinect Games, Just Dance 2, Dead Rising 2 and a few hundred more. If it's a recent game, it's likely here.

The Hamilton Beach six-quart slow cooker is $26.04 (35% off).

Finally, the free MP3 of the day is Love Only Knows by Josh Groban. It's not as amusing as his performances on Glee, I'm afraid.
