First two are limited-time, the other three are free from the get-go.

1. Guardians of the Galaxy. Yeah, it's a movie tie-in. But it's A) just gone free (with no IAP -- truly free), from the $4.99 price as a promotional tie-in to the home release of the movie. And B) it's a decent little real-time strategy game. Fun stuff, silly graphics, but some deep gameplay as it progresses.

2. God of Light. Just a fun little puzzle game built around lasers and redirection. It's not a new concept, but it's really well done.

3. Peggle Blast. Yes, it's Peggle with a Candy Crush Saga-like progression scheme, but the gameplay is still Peggle, and I'll take it. This one's free-to-play, so no rush.

4. Crossy Road. This is so addictive. It's essentially endless, procedurally-generated Frogger. And it's just so much fun.

5. MonsterStrike. Like Puzzles and Dragons with match-3 games and Quiz RPG with Trivial Pursuit, this takes a "collect, merge, and upgrade" monsters mechanic and fuses it with another gameplay concept. In this case, it's a pool/pinball-like game, where you shoot your monsters into other monsters to either hurt them (if they're enemies) or trigger powers (if they're your monsters). It's a lot of fun so far.
