Greetings from AZ

I've been largely ignoring LJ, as I'm out for a long weekend in Scottsdale visiting my mom. Have eaten some amazing food (including a meal at Binkley's, which was one of the four or five best restaurant experiences of my life). I'm heading home tomorrow (aside: anyone feel like offering someone a ride from the airport around 8:30 Monday night?), and will likely be not reading much LJ until Tuesday. Hope everyone's well!

I live in Arizona! You picked a good time to visit, we're currently rocking our roughly 4 weeks of amazing weather in a sea of temperature extremes.



*- I say "temperature extremes" because when you're from Arizona, anything below 68 degrees is unbearably cold.

Honestly, if I thought I'd have had any free time, I would have. I was literally just in for two days to celebrate my mom's birthday, and was pretty much completely booked. I do hope for a longer trip out here with actual downtime someday.

Heh. Yeah, I've enjoyed the nice walks at sunrise, when the weather was in the 60s. Not so much a fan of 90, though.
