yendiOak Park, MI Planning and Technology director Kevin Rulkowski is a complete and utter douchebag.
I'm not inherently opposed to zoning laws (they often actually accomplish a public good), but this is less a matter of a stupid law than of an asshole willfully being an asshole and misapplying the law.
