So I was up early this morning, and was in no mood to run or go to the gym. Since I haven't been eating as well as I should have this week, I also know I've likely gained a pound or two, so needed to do something.

So I walked to work.

Yeah, that's not something I plan to do very often.

I used to walk home from work rather than to work--mainly so I wouldn't be all gross and sweaty when I got there. It was about the same distance, and the only bit that was rough was usually blisters from friction from walking 4+ miles in one go. Physics is sometimes not our friend!

Don't get too worried about that. Unless you've got quite significant nerve damage in your feet, blisters are likely to heal up just the same way they always did (in my experience -- I do not have any significant levels of neuropathy). Noticing they're there in the first place is most of the interest.
