Thanks to Interlibrary Loan, I'm holding a copy of Nicola Griffith's And Now We Are Going to Have a Party: Liner Notes to a Writer's Early Life. It's nifty as anything just to look at (there are thirteen distinct items in the packaging), and even has scratch and sniff cards. And given the 450 total copies in existence, no way would I have gotten this through any other means.
