I'd say that the jokes just write themselves, but the actions of Peterno and company are hardly a joke.

I waited several days to write this because my first thought was what I would do if someone did something like this to my child. My initial reaction -- and I'm fairly certain most parents would feel this way -- was homicidal.

I'm horrified but sadly not surprised over Penn State's actions both then and now. Apparently it was easier to look the other way and count the cash.

Oh, but that's the song for the actual educational institution, not the football team. And we all know the football team has nothing to do with the educational side of Penn State. /sarky
