Poison's early albums were fun, and had some great songs.

But Flesh and Blood was a genuinely great album. Period.

And yeah, I'm saying that without irony. If it weren't for Flood and Pod (and maybe Bossanova), I'd say it was the best album of 1990 (as it is, I'd say that 1990 was simply a damned good year for music, but there's as many stinkers as hits).

I always was a fan of Poisen. Even though i was more a fan or thrash metal and New Beat/House music in those days.
