In MP3 Albums, A Jolly Christmas From Frank Sinatra is $3.99. You can also get ten bestselling albums of 2011 for $3.99 each. Highlights include The Muppets and the latest from Coldplay and Rihanna.

Great Big Sea fans might want to grab Sean McCann's second solo album, Son of a Sailor, for $4.99. I can't imagine any GBS fans don't already own their Safe Upon The Shore, but it's also $4.99.

In terms of things that will have to be shipped, the Barbie Fabulous Fuzzy Camera is $13.99 (72% off).

Cheap board and card games include Igels the Card Game for $1.50 (90% off; doesn't ship from Amazon, but the $3.99 shipping still puts it below all other deals), Knizia's Looting London for $9.62 (62% off), and the Lord Of The Rings LCG: A Journey To Rhosgobel Adventure Pack for $3.99 (77% off).

Cheap video games include Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary for $24.99 (38% off) and Killzone 3 for $19.99 (50% off).

The Video Game Deal of the Day is a Buy Two for $40 deal on Nintendo DS and 3DS games. There are quite a few good choices here at that price.

And finally, you can pre-order Downton Abbey: Season 2 (the UK cut) for $19.99 (56% off), to go with the $12.99/63% off deal on Season 1. Mind you, I still think the best role Michelle Dockery has ever had was Susan in Hogfather (which is also the greatest holiday movie of all time), but this is still a damned fine deal.

Just watched Hogfather for the first time last week thanks to Netflix instant. Really enjoyed it.

Tried the Video on Demand thing, it said it went through, then rented a movie and it had not gone through and doesn't exist on my account now. Amazon's help people are not that helpful, apparently they have no idea what the promotion even is.

I'll chalk it up as a $2 loss and move on, not something I'd use regularly anyway.

Ick. That sucks. Definitely worth escalating to their customer service if they're that clueless (their second-tier email folks often handle things quite well), but there's also a limit to how much effort it's worth putting in.
