Our server went down twenty minutes ago. I can VNC into it, but I only get a straight purple screen, and it appears that whatever's going on is hardware-related (or OS-level). So I'm trying to get the folks at Tech Services to do something, but I haven't heard anything from them. Which means that Kathy and I, as the front-end admins, are stuck without any way to tell folks why they can't access LearnLink. This is one of many reasons I need a different job. I really need something to hit right now. There are at least three folks on Tech Services who would qualify.
