mmm. Tofu Vindaloo Burrito

Went to Burrito Art for lunch today. Had a yummy lunch. No, it wasn't real vindaloo, but it was still nice.

Went with Marcy (head of Faculty Services), and had a good talk about how bloody dysfunctional ITD is, and about how much my job sucks now, and whether there's any hope for a position over there. Feeling good about things right now.

Somehow I missed the memo that you're a vegetarian. How did this get by me?

I'm not a full veggie. I'm a mostly-veggie, but I eat fish (just a vegetable that floats), and I allow myself to eat red meat once a month. I've semi-fallen off the wagon in recent months, but one of my vows has been to get back in gear.

Besides, I like tofu (and this place grills it nicely). :-)
