shadesong mentioned this morning that this is like our Thursday, since we're off for Dragoncon this Friday. That would have felt great back when I was local support or a sales guy back at the computer store. But now it means I have to do all the Friday work by tomorrow, too. It's fucking overwhelming. I really, really, really resent Dragoncon for changing the dates to Labor Day weekend. I think this is officially my last Dragoncon, as I simply can't take this stress any more. The choice is leave this job, or stop doing D*C. It's not much of a choice.
This is about the third break I've had from work today. Not because anyone's riding me, but because there's that much to do. I can't let myself be distracted today. And I hate it. I need to breathe.
