Well, it looks like Joel Schumacher is on board to direct the film version of the Phantom musical. It says volumes about my opinion of Lloyd Webber and his musical that I think this is a perfect choice.

I was actually young enough, when I saw it, to enjoy it. I suspect I wouldn't like it nearly as much now.
