jet_li_wannabe came over last night, and we finally got Elayna's old furniture moved over to hotcoffeems's. We spent about an hour over there chatting with hotcoffeems, dreadalus, and the Boodge (ok, "chatting" might not be the operative word there). Good conversations and cute children always make for a fun evening. We then headed to Caribou, caffeinated ourselves, and hung out and watched the game while playing Heroclix. I got my ass soundly handed to me -- note to self: veteran Hulk and veteran Iceman are nasty together. I also got to try LJ-less Tracy's nifty strawberry-kiwi dessert cake. Was quite yummy.

I've now got two episodes of Good Eats waiting for me on the Tivo, but I think I'll hold off on those until tomorrow. I also now have Alton's book. But now to watch the latest Futurama before work. Life is good.
