shadesong off on her train. She'll be cruisin' within twelve hours.
I'm now getting ready for my 8:30 meeting. Which includes the Vice-Provost (head of our entire division), as well as other people above me on the chain. And I'm going to be suggesting that the decision they came to won't work. Yeah, this'll be a fun Friday.
In other news, why didn't anyone tell me about The Thackery T. Lambshead Guide to Eccentric and Discredited Diseases? I mean, any anthology with Alan Moore, Neil Gaiman, Kage Baker, and Michael Bishop (not to mention Michael Moorcock, China Miéville, Jeffrey Ford, and Gahan Wilson) writing about fake diseases has to worth a look.
And in movie news, Johnny English is pulling in about twice as many positive reviews as Bad Boys II. My schadenfreude is boundless.
