Fun party

Yesterday's birthday party -- a belated one for shadesong and mermaidblue, an early one for sibylla and missbiscuit -- was truly a blast. There was much good food (including an ice cream cake from Bruster's, and a chocolate pie made by reprobayt) and good company. There were also Chinese Yo-Yo Wars. And lots of topless folks, and namings of cleavages. Truly a good time.

Not much else to report. Most of the details have been written in the journals of the various attendees.

Ah yes...the naming of the cleavages. I had almost forgot about that. Don't forget to get some info to me about Blood Bowl. I can;t wait to play again....it's been too long. But between War Room and you guys, I am not sure if I will play a bit with both, or make a decision between the two. I'd feel abit odd if I did not play at the War Room atleast a little bit....seeing as one of the gamers there gave me an Orc team to replace my team that is lost in the limbo of "Dad's Storage".

Hey, I went to Borders to pick up a copy of Steven Brust's Lord of Castle Black and it's not out yet!!! What the Hell? Why is it that every author I love to read has their books delayed every release???

Amazon hasn't mentioned it shipping yet, alas. And neither Brust's weblog, nor Neilson-Hayden's log, have made any mention of it being out, either.
