So says the most corrupt AG in the history of our nation, a pandering, two-faced, legally ignorant asshole who was perhaps the most glaringly evil and inefficient moron Reagan had in any of his cabinets, something that takes skill, considering the levels of ineptitude found amongst Ronnie's toadies.
