Complain to the hosting ISP; they generally are able to shut down copyright violators as breaching their TOS.
I sympathize. This is something visual artists run into a LOT, and a significant factor in my switch to metals.
hmm. I'd find a lawyer..and yes, complain to the server; although, if you notice, his pages were last updated in 1998... maybe we got lucky and they went under??
