I prefer this one that doesn't have an easy http address because you can alter how many pictures it shows per load.

It'd have to have an xml or similar output to syndicate, one can't just syndicate any ol' page on the internet.

The images are ganked from LJ with this page's links which is similar to LJ's latest posts link.

Basically, nothing would happen, since it doesn't have an xml to be syndicated.
