I always adored him. I loved that rather than suck up to the industry he stood by his beliefs and values. Just like when he refused his second Oscar. He was not only a great actor but a great man.

I really liked that. Saw it in the theatre twice. It was hailed as the worst thing he ever did, but I really think it was just unappreciated.

I quite enjoyed him in the 1990 movie, The Freshman with Mathew Broderick, and Don Juan DeMarco was fun, too.
