Guess what? Tony Bourdain finally has a cookbook coming out! Woohoo!
And Alton has I'm Just Here for More Food coming out, too!
The Frugal Gourmet, on the other hand, won't be producing anything else, as he joins Brando and Danziger on the list of recently dead celebs.
Moving away from food, the NY Times Magazine had a nice feature on indie comics.
For those who were wondering, the One Millionth song has been purchased from the iTunes music store, and it was Somersault (Dangermouse remix) by Zero7. The guy who downloaded it got an iPod, a Powerbook, and a gift certificate for 10,000 iTunes songs.
Lynne Cheney, perhaps finally acknowledging that her daughter is, y'know, one of them, opposes the federal amendment to ban gay marriage. No, it doesn't make her a saint, but it makes her perhaps the only member of this administration to actually have a fucking clue of what the Constitution is for.
In non-linkage news, the annoyingly and unbelievable loud person whose saving grace had always been coming in after eleven, is now coming in at 8. Oy.
