"Don't be too proud of this military terror you've constructed, Rumsfeld. The ability to destroy a nation is insignificant compared to the power of the Word."
How come the guy from The Crow has a big creepy Vader/Jabba growth on his back? I really don't see how this ties into the story thus far.
Oh wait...crazy-ass Lucas is at the helm...looking for continuity and logic will only bring sadness.
Anyone get the feeling that the current Lucas is the evil twin of the guy who made the *good* movies? I keep expecting non-crazy Lucas to burst out of a basement somewhere and fix things.
No, the bulge is either a)the beginnings of a dorsal fin, which he will use when he enters the ocean permanently, there to rule from the deep, or b)the stub left when they cut off his stunted, leathery wings.

Bah. That sucks.
It reminds me of a MAD Magazine back-cover fold in.
It would have been much better if it had been subtle.

Date: 2004-10-29 01:11 pm (UTC)Then again, The Phantom Edit would have been a more effective film. Given two choices, Lucas seems inccapable of choosing the correct one.
