Bad art returns to the Titans universe

Yes, not only is the immensely overrated Gail Simone writing a two-issue arc of Teen Titans, but Rob Liefield (yes, the man who introduced steroids to comic-characters years ago) is drawing it.

Anyone who wonders if Liefield has gotten better over the years has only to witness this page, which clearly shows Wonder Girl's penis about to impale Cyborg's head.

Note, also, that Rob's allergy to feet seems to have returned in force.

You know... once upon a time, I really really liked Liefield. Actually, if you have some of the early X-Force comics-- maybe issue 2 or 3, you might find a particularly embarrassing and gushy fan letter from me published in the back. Something about cinematics or something

Well, since he "created" the current Hawk and Dove, I guess they figure they'll give him another shot. Although if any two DC characters just need to head off for a permanent trip into limbo, it's those two.
