So, a part of Ascension in KOL involved resetting the Tower of the Naughty Sorceress. Which means I need to either spend $16K on an item (not named, for spoiler's sake), or find a new one, which in turn means finding an air freshener, etc.

Really pissed about this -- I wouldn't have bothered going into the Tower before if I'd known that the adventures were pointless.

I haven't even gotten past the stone mariachis yet, so I had nothing to worry about. ;p Clint's become totally obsessed with his store (Honest Jisco's ... something or other) and playing the market, rather than the adventure. heh.

I've gotten all the way through and am now *trying* to figure out how to kill the soceress without getting a facefull of fireball. Which item do you need? I might be able to kmail it to you.

I ended up getting it (a baseball and then a lid), but it was annoying to waste the adventures. Although it was nice to see the stat bonus from my hovering sombrero.

Bah, I was pissed off as well. I spent 4 hours figuring out all the challenges for my multiple characters.

Finished all the tower levels, but don't have the time to finish off the Sorceress.

Yeah, the baseballs have always been high in the mall, but the tower reset sent them back up over 10,000 real fast. What really shot up in price, and was a fun market run while it lasted, were red pixel potions.
