jet_li_wannabe and Tracy pack up their truck to move. Today, I am sore. Mostly in the legs, probably as the result of carrying all the boxes down three flights. The back's doing pretty well, though.
Overall, it was a fun experience, as such things go. I think I spent more time helping the move than I did at work -- overall, a double shift. But it was worth it. Good people, good conversation, and Mike took everyone out to Longhorn's later. For a free steak, I'll do many things.
They should be on the road to CO as I write this, and they'll be missed. A lot.
Otherwise, my day's as busy as the last one. Annual evaluation in less than an hour, followed by two other meetings that will put me in the mood to randomly kneecap people.
Um, but in good news, I now own a copy of The Big Over Easy and Call Northside 777. And we've got an episode of House waiting on the Tivo. Now if only I can find the time to enjoy them.
