Hmmm...could be interesting, Im sure.

Still, having just ingested some bacon with my eggs not 20 minutes ago, I can't imagine anything replacing that satisfying taste of real bacon. Biting into the slightly chewy, fatty, salty pork goodness is part of the experience.

Yeah, bacon's as much about the texture as the flavor. Still in a pinch, it might be nice. And some of the other flavors could be quite satisfying.
