Amazon horror deals!

My favorite time of the month, and they've got good horror cheap, including a page of obscenely cheap Asian horror.

That includes Oldboy for $8.49, the SE of Audition for $12.49, and the preorder of Unborn But Forgotten for $5.99 (76% off)! Actually, I pretty much need to buy everything on that page.

They've also got a page of "psychological horror" at mostly 40% off, a page of "contemporary horror" (but nothing psychological, I guess) at 30-40% off, and a page of really cheap horror classics at 50% and more, including Demons for $4.99! Guess what I just ordered? At $4.99, that's less than a penny per gore shot!

I love this time of the year. Cheap-ass horror DVDs, and IFC shows Bava movies. Happy, happy, joy, joy.

I'm not so obsessive a Lewton fan that I figure I can't wait until I convince someone to get it for me for $winterholiday. But I've been waiting for years to get Demons. Aside from all the obvious reasons, I'm also a sucker for horror movies that take place in movie theatres showing horror movies.

Dude, what a horrible time to post this sale...I'm currently on a DVD hiatus (after having to shell out for a new laptop) and this is killing me. I'm literally tearing my hair out.

And don't even mention that Lewton set. I'm an enormous Cat People fan and I have yet to pick up the box because of this hiatus. What a horrible month for me to stop buying DVDs.
