That's because the 3-D glasses that came in the latest TV Guide for the show have pictures of her right on the earpieces. *shrug* I'm very excited for this gimmick.

And as to last night's Desperate Housewives, any episode with Danny Trejo, Leslie Ann Warren, and Bob Newhart makes it worth putting up with everything else.

Still have the latest Boondocks and the season finale of Rome to watch. As well as tonight's Medium and Prison Break.

Medium is one of my shows - been debating whether it's worth it to pick up a copy of TV Guide just to get the glasses!

I was quite happy with Desperate Houswives last night (except the Teri Hatcher stuff which was just... silly) but I'm also a fan of Danny Trejo, and thought that balloon scene actually played out quite nicely. Also am back to admiring Bree for having some backbone: "The thing is George, I don't think we are anymore."

Do you really like Leslie Ann Warren? I feel like she plays the same character all the time - this is the same character she played on Will & Grace when she was Will's father's girlfriend: high-pitched, hysterical, giggly, over the top.

I did.

This is the first time I've actually bought a TV Guide since back when it used to actually be a TV guide (instead of, as I was surprised to discover it now is, an entertainment magazine). :)

You're right - in Clue she was hysterical, over the top and VAMPY!

:-)

Were you able to see it when it first came out? Because I always wondered how that different-endings-in-different-theaters thing played out in first-run.

Thanks for the reminder. I'll have to go get the glasses on my walk home.
