Tuesday stuff

yendi1. Elayna's most feeling better. All she ate yesterday was a bowl of chicken soup, but she had no fever and wanted a waffle and lots of juice when she woke up. So, yay!
2. As for me, I had my full appetite back yesterday (although I still felt a little crappy), and it's still there today. Good in general, probably bad for my waistline.
3. The Boondocks Christmas episode kicked eight kinds of ass (one for each day of Kwanzaa and an extra for good luck.
4. So did the latest Arrested Development. Latest rumors at Watch with Kristen are that it'll be picked up somewhere for sure. I hope so. Also, William Hung and Judge Reinhold (as, well, a judge) will be guesting.
4.5 Looking at Judge's IMDB listing, I see that he guest starred in an episode of Wonder Woman entitled "Amazon Hot Wax." I have no comment.
5. A reminder: Serenity officially comes out on DVD today (although if you preordered it at Amazon or DDD, it's probably already been shipped). Amazon still has it for 43% off.
5.5 Interestingly, if you search for "Serenity" in the DVD section at Amazon, the first two choices are the Widescreen and the "for dummies" versions of the movie. Followed by Firefly. Makes sense. But #4 is Desperately Seeking Seka, a documentary about searching for the great '70s porn star. I searched the entire description page, and couldn't find the word "serenity" anywhere. The remaining six items on the search page do contain the actual word "serenity" in their titles.
6. I'm taking a half-day at work today, and spending a nice afternoon with my wife before picking up Miss Kid. Yay!
